The Process:

The process starts with understanding the context for the digital services/product that you're looking to launch and concretely what successful adoption looks like. From there, we break down that vision of success into large outcomes and place it on a timeline. We then work with your digital team to further breakdown these outcomes into large components taking into account technical and design dependencies and limitations. We map it all the way down to a short term sprint-level. In the process, we identify key milestones, go-no-go flags, and moments for retrospectives so that the roadmap can stay fluid and evolve as new variables pop up.

Working together, here are some of the questions we'll be able to answer:

-
What does a Minimal Viable Product look like for us? What's the right tech stack for us?
-
What will differentiate/drive new value in our product?
-
How will we measure the successful adoption of this product?
-
What are the different activities needed to design, build, and launch this product/service?
-
Do we have the right resources in place to develop an MVP?
